FIELD: metallurgy; may be used in control of operation of blast furnaces of blast-furnace plant. SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of actual and optimal values of temperature of melt products inside the furnace at their inlet to tuyere zone with consideration of design features of furnaces, parameters of burden, blast and melt products for each blast furnace; comparison of obtained data and changing consumption of process oxygen and fuel additions so that process oxygen partially or fully is transferred from furnaces with negative difference between actual and optimal temperatures to furnace with positive difference, and fuel addition are redistributed in reverse order. EFFECT: improved parameters of operation of blast furnaces group. 1 tbl
