SUBSTANCE: medium comprises active components and carbon- graphite materials as inert constituent, ratio of components being as follows, vol %: active components, 30-45; and carbon-graphite materials, the balance. Active components comprise boron and aluminium in 1:2 ratio, or silicon and ferrotitanium in 4:1 ratio.
