FIELD: nonferrous metal technologies. SUBSTANCE: parts are charged into preheated and evacuated furnace, the latter is sealed, parts are heated for specified time and cooled. According to invention, furnace is preliminarily filled with inert finely dispersed particles, which are brought into vibration, and inert gas is passed into furnace. Charging, heating, and cooling of parts are performed in vibrating particles' medium. Sealing of furnace is performed by means of closure of loose materials including alumina and titanium fines. When cooling parts, vibration of particles and inert gas supply are intensified. EFFECT: expanded technological possibilities and increased productivity. 2 dwg
