SUBSTANCE: device represents construction with flexible dissipating member made of rubber-like material with cavity preliminarily compressed by axial static force and locked in this state with the aid of special rod. Reinforcing member is made as shaped washer which length makes up 0.1-0.5 of length of rubber-like material cavity. One of shaped washer end faces is provided with flange, and other has hole. One of ends of locking rod is rigidly connected to base, and other with thickening, for example, in the form of nut, is passed through hole in shaped washer. Reinforced member made of polymeric material may also be used. Device allows mounting on it of complex equipment with developed constructional couplings without hazard of their damage in process of installation and operation. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
