Flanges of branch pipe are connected through floating soundproofing insert. Invention provides breaking of sound bridge owing to separate connection of flanges through floating soundproofing insert, improved flexibility and compensating capability of flange joint in one case, owing to use of special washers, and in other case, by means of flexible load relief ties.
