FIELD: heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: control of heat extraction is effected through change of intensity of heat exchange due to change of contact area of outer fins with surface of heat exchanger by of method of attachment from section to section. Outer fins on lower section of heat exchanger (in way of motion of flowing medium) are secured directly to its surface. Fins on reach next section are secured by means of additional fins whose number is reduced from 4 to 1. EFFECT: ease in service; low cost; enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 6 dwg
