FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing with a cylindric space separated into outer ring compartment 2 and inner ring compartment 3, each of which is in communication with a source of compressed air through openings 4 and 5, and pipe 6 for supplying melt mounted inside housing 1. Outlet end 7 of the pipe is provided with a nozzle unit made up as two trancated conical parts 6 and 9 shifted with respect to each other and connected with outer space 2 and inner space 3 of swirler 10 of air flow. The parts are inclined to the axis of the pipe at an angle of 6-30 deg. The surfaces of the parts are provided with grooves 11,12, and 13 for flowing air that are at an angle of 30 deg to the axis of the pipe and arranged uniformly. The device is provided with cylindrical separating member 14 and two swirlers 15 and 16 with grooves 17 and 18 uniformly arranged at an angle of 30 deg to the axis of pipe 6. Swirlers 16 and 15 are positioned upstream of the nozzle unit. Swirler 15 is made up as a disk secured to separating member 14 and arranged in outer space 2. Swirler 16 is made up as a cylindrical nozzle which is greater than that of swirler 14 and arranged inside inner space 3. Opening 5 of housing 1 for supplying compressed air is arranged tangentially. Pipe 6 for supplying melt is made of metal and made up as a housing separated into outer ring cylindrical passageway 19 and inner cylindrical passageway 20. Passageway 19 is connected with a source of melt through opening 21. Passageway 20 is connected with a source of compressed air through branch pipe 24.. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
