FIELD: electronic communications. SUBSTANCE: telephone network for structurized entity such as office has local computer network that interconnects computers on sending and transmitting ends of system as well as telephone sets. It is provided with computer telephony server linked with local computer network and with shared telephone network. Each telephone set is directly connected to local network. Connections are made through telephone adapter and line adapter series-connected to the latter. Telephone adapter functions for analog-to-digital conversion of signals adapted to clock frequency of local network, signals for calling parties to addresses of other telephone adapters connected to this local computer network, and release signal. Local computer network of each entity is equipped with router which functions to provide communications with remote entities provided with similar telephone networks over external computer network; this router communicates over mentioned channel with routers of other local networks.
