FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication systems engineering and can be used as a mobile telephone system for deployment of networks in organizations and institutions of various ministries and departments for the work of officials in the field. Technical result is achieved due to that in a mobile complex of operational telephone communication, containing analog subscriber lines (SL) with connected to them analog telephone sets at the end, connecting lines (CL) from external automatic telephone exchange (PBX), switching system, station control system and station operator workstation unit based on personal electronic computer (PC), additionally introduced are a line input unit, two digital subscriber lines (DSL) with connected digital telephone sets (DTS), user equipment twisted pair with IP video telephone connected to it, wire Ethernet lines, an interface unit, a station equipment state module, a temperature sensor, an interface unit, a local area network switch (LAN), a firewall, an automated workstation (AWS) of an operator of an encrypted telephone network based on a personal computer, a cryptographic router, access router, AWS network operator, channel input unit, wire Ethernet lines for high-speed channel issuing/receiving from departmental network and fiber-optic communication lines for exchange with similar communication systems.
EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities and high quality of telephone communication and data transmission services provided to subscribers with high degree of protection of transmitted information, as well as providing protection of station equipment and operating personnel against dangerous voltages and currents occurring at user and connecting lines during operation of officials in field conditions.
