FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing implant into Tennon's capsule. Spongious pear-shaped collagen pretreated with 1% β-(5-nitrofuryl-2)-acrolein solution during 36-48 h. Musculus rectus is sutured to conjunctiva 4-6 mm distant from its boundary. Purse-string suture is applied at the place of attachment and tightened until it touches the implant 4-6 mm distant from the top of the implant. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications. 1 dwg
