FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: framework can be used in erection of multistory buildings of various purpose having metal frameworks. Framework has columns which are installed in units of cells created by layout net of axes which are crossing with girders. Columns are connected by girders on which flooring is resting. Girders are located at angle with respect to layout net and create rod system with rhombic cells in horizontal plane. In vertical plane, girders with columns create rigid multiple-span frames. Additional girders can be positioned along line of small diagonal of rhombic cells. Application of aforesaid embodiment of metal framework improves reliability of buildings with such frameworks.
