Compressed air source, restrictor, air and bleeding main lines are pneumatic distributor are also provided. Fuel feed cutout mechanism is made in form of pneumatic cylinder. Hydraulic distributor is made in form of electrohydraulic valve. First follow-up device is connected with drive of high pressure pump, and restrictor is installed in bleeding main line.
