FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: two cams 2 and 3 are mounted on distributing shaft 1 of the engine. Each cam is in contact with its rocker 4 and 5. The rockers are unclamped with hydraulic pushers. One of the rockers is cinematically coupled with the gas distributing valve. Depending on the position of the control slide, the inner space of the hydraulic pusher either is filled or discharged with oil resulting in setting the first or second rockers in operation and, hence, providing the operation of gas distributing valve over the shape of one of the cams.
