FIELD: engine manufacture, aids facilitating start of internal combustion engines, systems preparing oil and cooling liquids for operation of power plants under low ambient temperatures. SUBSTANCE: device presents closed system with exhaust pump connected by pipe-lines to branch pipe taking liquid from engine and to thermos linked in its turn via electromagnetic valve to branch pipe to inject liquid into engine. Thermos is located above branch pipe to inject liquid into engine, is fitted with float carrying attached mobile contact and has funnel-shaped bottom where immobile electric contact is anchored. Suction pump controlled by starting and time relays, electric contacts and electromagnetic valve are placed into electric circuit of ignition lock. EFFECT: simplified design providing for reliable, universal and fire-safe starting, saving of resources when starting engine under conditions of low temperatures thanks to accumulation of heat without preheating. 1 cl, 1 dwg
