SUBSTANCE: barrel, having descending, curvilinear and ascending sections, is placed on a mountainous slope and made of concrete. Vacuum is set up in the barrel, and electromagnets are installed along it, projectile is accelerated in the mouth of the barrel to the cosmic speed.
