FIELD: special laundries of radiochemical plants and nuclear power stations. SUBSTANCE: radioactive wastes containing surface-active substances and inorganic detergents undergo ultrafiltration followed by nanofiltration of filtrate; concentrates from ultrafiltration and nanofiltration stages are combined and jointly subjected to radiation treatment by means of gamma-ray source and evaporation to still residue which is conveyed for further solidification; condensate obtained in the process is combined with water cleaned after nanofiltration for reuse or drain. If detergent waste and rinse water contain cesium radionuclides, detergents being treated are doped prior to ultrafiltration with nickel or copper ferrocyanide. EFFECT: improved environmental safety of process, reduced amount of wastes to be solidified, improved cleaning of waste water to standards suitable for its reuse or discharge to water main. 2 cl, 1 dwg
