FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to radio communication systems using characteristic properties of propagation of radio waves and is meant to organize two-way communication of submerged underwater object with surface or space ones including those located under ice cover. Acoustic wave is emitted for reception and transmission of message from underwater object in direction of specified section of sea surface and information in the form of modulated signal is sent into same path and is received by subscriber in air or via repeater in air or on land. Process of electromagnetic irradiation of section of sea surface insonified by acoustic wave from sea depth is used when message is sent to underwater object. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of communication systems installed in underwater objects submerging to considerable depth to send signal to objects on sea surface. 1 dwg
