FIELD: paper- and-pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: : invention relates to production of paper and cardboard for fine cleaning of blood to remove white blood cells. Material contains hydrated cellulose fiber with specific surface 0.2 to 1.2 sq.m/g having ragged outline of transverse section, sulfate cellulose from foliferous wood ground to 30-90 deg, and cationic water-soluble polyamino-polyamido-epichlorohydrin resin.
