FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this briquette producing line relates to equipment used at construction industry enterprises and foundries. Line is made up of base frame, charging device, moulding device, and hydraulic power cylinders. Charging device is made in the form of plate with form-creating chambers. Charging device is provided with double-stroke actuator. Plate rests through roller supports and carriage rollers on guide members. Guide carriages are provided with lowering ramps located between moulding position and discharge position. Carriage and plate have contacting stops. Secured to upper part of base frame are horizontal guide members on which moulding mechanism is installed. Moulding mechanism includes moulding hydraulic cylinder, clamping hydraulic cylinder, and fixing hydraulic cylinder. All these cylinders are installed in vertical guide members. Fixing hydraulic cylinder is periodically linked by rod with plate having form-creating protrusions. Plate is installed on vertical guide members. Aforesaid arrangement of briquette production line features simplified design, high production capacity and good quality of products. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 4 dwg
