FIELD: chemical industry, more particularly, preparation of dendritic macromolecule. SUBSTANCE: method uses some amount of substance which has macromolecule nucleus and contains at least one functional group. Substance is dissolved in solvent and addition and hydrogenation reactions are carried out alternately. During addition reaction, particles containing acrylonitrile fragments are added to solution. Said acrylonitrile fragments react with functional groups so as to form dendritic macromolecule having end cyano group, and during hydrogenation reaction, functional amino groups are formed in ammonia-containing alcoholic solution using hydrogen and suitable catalyst. Holding capacity of hydrogenation reactors is used more efficiently and smaller amount of catalyst is required. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 16 cl, 12 ex, 1 tbl
