FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has measuring wheel installed on separate frame coupled to rear axle beam through clamping device. Hinge with measuring pickup is mounted on frame. Measuring wheel is coupled to setting wheel through semiaxles. Mechanical measuring system contains weight secured on levers attached to body and suspended on hinges. The weight is used for loading of measuring wheel with vertical load. Loading force is transmitted from weight through spring shock absorber.
