FIELD: pulsed nuclear magnetic resonance engineering for maintaining desired temperature of samples. SUBSTANCE: device has thermal unit whose channel walls are in thermal contact with cold junctions of thermopiles provided on two sides; main and additional water heat exchangers used for cooling down hot junctions of thermopiles connected in series; coolant heat exchanger which is in thermal contact with one of water heat exchangers; thermostatic control jacket carrying analyzed sample; desired temperature (-20 to +80 C) setting and maintaining unit connected to heater. Coolant is pumped through leak-proof closed system by means of pump and flow control unit. Device is matched with magnetic-resonance spectrometers. EFFECT: reduced size, improved response, reduced power requirement. 4 cl, 1 dwg
