FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of projections of magnetic induction vector on axes of reference coordinate system in object absence, measurement of projections of magnetic induction vectors on object at three different values of one of heading, bank and pitch angles of object, but at two other angles equal to zero. Method also includes measurement of those angles in corresponding projections of magnetic induction vector on object preset in the form of functions of measured heading, bank and pitch angles, measured projections of magnetic induction vector on axes of reference coordinate system in object absence and unknown projections of magnetic induction vector of object constant magnetic filed, and object Poisson coefficients.
