FIELD: measurement technology; exploration activity.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for measuring magnetic field of space being close to the Earth and magnetic field of planets as well as in magnetic navigation for determining location of vessel. Device has movable and motionless objects, two three-component magneto-metric detectors, six amplifying-converting units, two ac voltage generators, two adjusting units, two non-ferrous bases, three angle-measuring devices, data processing unit, registrar and rotator. Device is used for measuring parameters characterizing magnetization of moving object due to variations in geomagnetic field.

EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
