SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes movable and non-magnetic objects. In movable object there are arranged: three amplifying - conversion units, variable voltage generator, registering unit, two angle measuring devices, data processing unit, regulation device, non-magnetic base and rotary device. In non-magnetic object there are arranged: second three-component magnetic parameter measuring pickup, fourth, fifth and sixth amplifying-converting units, second variable voltage generator, second registering unit, third and fourth angle measuring devices,, second data processing unit, second regulating device, second non-magnetic base and second rotary device.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measuring parameters characterizing magnetization degree of movable object due to taking into account variations of geomagnetic field.
