FIELD: equipment used in agricultural production, medicine and general service. SUBSTANCE: method involves mechanical activation of butter churning process combined with synchronous and inphase action of ultrasonic and microwave vibrations. Such complex activation from single source improves quality of butter. Apparatus for producing butter from cream has blades made from set of semiconductive plates capable of generating ultrasonic and microwave vibrations under electric voltage (Gunn-effect diode). Screen is mounted on blades so that during operation of apparatus, maximum torque relative to blades axes of rotation is created. Apparatus is further provided with tank and vacuum pipeline, which is partially arranged on tank closure for joint motion with blades. Such construction allows protein enclosure and moisture decomposition products to be effectively removed from mechanical activation zone. Besides, operation of apparatus is provided without employment of independent mechanical blade rotation drives.
