FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, surgical stomatologic instruments. SUBSTANCE: the device has a block of rectilinear levers in the form of a rhomb. The levers are hinge-joined by the end parts and middles and have end parts projecting from the rhomb sides. The projecting end parts are hinge-joined from the external sides to the upper plate walls U-shaped in cross-section. The plates are Z-shaped in plan. Each lower wall of the Z-shaped plates is made with a share cylindrical surface. The share surface with the camber is oriented towards the U-shaped wall with a cutting end rib located at an angle of 45 degrees. Acute teeth with cutting blades are formed on the inclined bevel of the grooves wall of each Z-shaped plate. The tissue of the grown over jaw small cavities is pressed by the cutting rib of the block of levers. The small cavity is penetrated by 2-3 mm and the lower walls of the Z-shaped plates reciprocate jointly with bringing together the branches. Layers of tissue are cut from the sides of the small cavity by teeth, and opening of tissues is accomplished by the wall cambers.
