FIELD: medical engineering; mechanotherapeutic instruments. SUBSTANCE: inventive novelty of apparatus resides in fact that it comprises fixation elements in form of block consisting of two kinematically coupled L-shaped plates arranged one above other, and of two dental spoons arranged in contact one above other and having L-shaped profile. Each of dental spoons is provided with side projections and ports formed in edges of its side lamellar wall. These projection and ports are adapted to contact with corresponding side grips and with spring-urged fin formed on mating side wall of one of L-shaped plates. Side wall of lower L-shaped plate carries sleeve secured by cantilever in middle of wall. Sleeve has rotatable journal mounted with help of cantilever in middle of arc. Latter is provided with journals arranged at its diametrically disposed ends. One journal has ring adapted to receive big finger of patient's right hand. Horizontal shelf of lower L-shaped plate carries washer fixed by strap so as to form reel. Clearance defined by horizontal shelf and port formed in middle of upper L-shaped plate accommodates stirrup adapted to receive 3 fingers of patient's same hand. Stirrup is fixed at angle 45 deg. at end of upper L-shaped plate. EFFECT: cheap and effective mechanotherapeutic device. 11 dwg, 1 tbl
