SUBSTANCE: method involves two-fold immunization of horses with viper native venom in the presence of aluminium-potassium alum and preparative stage of immunization is carried out using the moderate increase of injection dose in the presence of alum up to achievement of immune response 5-10 AE, two-fold immunization in the presence of phosphate sorbent at the ratio = (2:1)-(3:1), bleeding at immune response 15-20 AE, resting, blood taking off and serum preparing.
