FIELD: mining industry, support of rocks when excavating minerals by chamber-column system. SUBSTANCE: self- propelled powered support includes supporting part resting against hydraulic props put on undercarriage composed of frame, drive and caterpillars. Frame of undercarriage has pockets with grooves where axles carrying trolleys with rollers contacting lower branches of caterpillar. Cylinders of hydraulic cylinders which rods rest against upper sheet of frame are anchored on trolleys with the use of axles. EFFECT: reduced contact tension and specific pressure on ground. 2 dwg
