FIELD: oil and fat industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing dietetic quick-soluble beverages used for curative-prophylaxis aims. Method involves mixing components by stages to obtain a homogeneous mixture consisting of phospholipids and fat-soluble vitamins taken at the ratio = 100:1. Obtained mixture is distributed uniformly in the rest phospholipid amount that then ground up to fine-dispersed powder preparing. At the second stage sugar, taste-aromatic additions and acids are mixed followed by their grinding up to fine-dispersed powder preparing. At the third stage mixtures obtained at the first and second stages are combined. Phospholipid product consisting of vegetable phospholipids and neutral lipids has additionally taste-aromatic additions, ascorbic and citric acids, fat-soluble vitamins and sugar.
