FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming mass of basic component into cylindrical shape and applying additional component onto cylinder; imparting progressive motion to cylindrical mass of basic component and applying additional component to cylindrical mass of basic component in the form of strips of single-thread or multiple-thread spiral by imparting cylindrical mass progressive and rotational motion. Each strip has width equal to 0.1-0.16 of circumferential length of cylinder section and thickness equal to 0.1-0.2 of cylinder radius. Apparatus has cylindrical extruder fixed on branch pipe, which is in communication with freezer, and rotating nozzle. Conical working part of nozzle is provided with forming die having shaped spinnerets. Outlet openings are positioned above branch pipe surface. Inner surface of cylindrical casing is equipped with channels for communicating with freezer for additional component.
