FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing filler into whipped ice-cream; feeding filler portions through feeder and periodically pressing into flowing ice-cream mass without disturbing whipped ice- cream mass state, with amounts of solid confectionery per unit of volume of ready product being dosed and regulated; feeding whipped ice-cream to mixing chamber perpendicular to axis of rotation of feeder drum and to axes of reciprocation of plungers-ejectors adapted for pressing at predetermined frequency of small filler portions into ice-cream mass. Volume of filler portions is determined by dimensions of feeder drum dosing gaps and by dimensions of plungers- ejectors arranged in these gaps.
