FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: composition is obtained by mixing fruit-berry juice of sublimation drying, glucose, potassium chloride, potassium thiocyanate, pectin and CO2-extract of biomass of microorganism of species Mortirella bainieri under the above atmosphere pressure as a solution in carbon dioxide. Then pressure is dropped to atmosphere value to remove carbon dioxide from the mixture. The obtained composition shows the prolonged adaptogenic effect. EFFECT: improved method of the mixture producing.
