FIELD: medicine, particularly, plastic surgery; correction of shape and size of woman breast. SUBSTANCE: method includes first displacement of mammary gland upward as far as possible and marking on skin of its upper boundary; pulling forward of mammary gland by areol together with surrounding tissues; preliminary formation of parecentering canal in middle point of lower skin fold of mammary gland by Duffo needle; introduction of gel by layer and parallel to thoracic wall by means of other needle of adequate length with dull end; formation of breast by one stage. EFFECT: excluded injury to mammary gland proper, and getting of skin parts to retromammary space to provide for additional conditions for prophylaxis of inflammatory complications and uniform distribution of hydraulic gel in retromammary fat and provision of good stable aesthetic results.
