FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves marking anatomic features for building endoprosthesis bed boundaries. In marking, parasternal line is drawn, the second rib position is marked, anteroaxillary line, submammary fold line and ptosis direction line are drawn. Mammary gland pexis points are marked as point of ptosis direction line intersection with the second rib as the first point A, point of median clavicular line intersection with the second rib as the second point B, the third rib joining with the parasternal line as the third point C. Skin incision is carried out, its middle point being oriented on the point of intersection of mammary gland axis and submammary fold line. Retromammary mastopexy is performed by sequentially fixing the superior boundary of proper fascia of the mammary gland with breast muscle fascia beginning in point A and continuing in points B and C. Then, endoprosthesis is implanted into built retromammary space bed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in increasing mammary gland size and its elevation. 1 dwg
