FIELD: medicine, thoracal surgery. SUBSTANCE: probe is inserted into esophagus. After bronchial mobilization, at the phase of complete expiration, one should shift by tightening a lace of bronchial stump by a holder in medial direction for 2-3 cm at the right major bronchus and for 4-5 cm at the left against the site where the major bronchus branches from trachea. Distal bronchial department is sutured. Artificial ventilation is restored. Sanitary conditions of bronchial tree structure are improved up to the suture through an intubation needle. By tightening a holder in lateral direction one should suture proximal department of the major bronchus at the site of its branching against trachea. The method enables to decrease the risk of bronchial recanalization after operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex
