FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and orthopedics; applicable in treatment of diseases and injuries of hip joints. SUBSTANCE: method includes implantation of hip component and is distinguished by the fact that treatment of cotyloid cavity is preformed only to depth of damaged cartilage, then circular osteotomy of fundus of cotyloid cavity is performed and produced fragment is displaced medially through value of defect of cotyloid cavity through 3-15 mm. In performance of osteotomy, medial periosteum is preserved and fissure between main bone and osteotomated fragment is filled with finely divided osteous autoplast that reduces mechanical load and excludes resorption of cavity and protrusion.
