FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics, and is intended for use in operative treatment of degenerative diseases and consequences of hip joint injuries. Preliminary determining the value of the main angular parameters of location of the endoprosthesis cup. Capsule of the joint is exposed, the dissection of which is performed parallel to the axis of the femoral neck. Hip head is dislocated from the cotyloid cavity and removed together with the neck. Intraoperative size of the recess is evaluated. Perform an intraoperative reconstruction of a recess. Corresponding bed is simulated. At that, at first the contour of the bed is preliminary preformed by grooved bits in projection of planned positioning of rotation centre, and only then cut out with mills to the required size. At that, the cutter is installed immediately at angle of 45° to sagittal plane and 10–15° - to the frontal one, and milling is performed to provide a bone coating of not less than 70–80 % of the endoprosthesis cup surface.

EFFECT: method enables reducing intraoperative injuries, blood loss and time with accurate positioning of the endoprosthesis cup in the cotyloid cavity, which in turn provides the required congruence of the friction pair and prolongs the service life of the structure.
