SUBSTANCE: invention describes a water- -dissolved inclusion complex containing a compound of the formula (I) where R1 and R3 each means independently hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl, -CO-(C1-C6-alkyl or -CO-Ar where Ar is optionally substituted phenyl; and R2 is taken from the group involving pyrrolidino-, hexamethyleneimino- an piperidine-group; or its salt and water-soluble cyclodextrin at concentration 10-50% (mass/volume). Also, invention describes pharmaceutical compositions for these inclusion complexes and methods of their using for inhibition of bone shrinkage and serum cholesterol content decrease in mammals.
