FIELD: medicine, particularly, experimental oncology; applicable in reduction of toxicity and increasing antitumor effect of cyclophosphamide. SUBSTANCE: method includes intraperitoneal injection of indometacine with total dose of 6 mg for laboratory animals with induced tumor every three days, then introduction into spleen, using original technique within the frame of invention of cyclophosphamide in therapeutical doses. EFFECT: reduced toxicity and increased ANTITUMOR effect of cyclophosphamide, prolonged life of animals.
