FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves incubating ascitic fluid of a patient with various preparations and their combinations during 30 min at 37 C. Then, the number of living and dead cells is counted and the chemotherapy preparation combination causing maximum cell deaths in ascitic fluid cell population is selected for being applied in chemotherapy. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course.
