FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental studies in oncology and may be used for intensifying action of anti-cancer preparations. A method of treating experimental 3,4-benz(α)pyrene induced tumours in splenectomised animals involves experimental study of anti-cancer action on the animals with removed spleen of white outbread rat ground in physiologic saline 5 ml in the sterile environment on ice; the prepared fluid in a centrifugal test-tube is settled for 10 minutes; a supernatant is collected and divided on 2 equal portions; one portion is placed in the medium 199 and left in a fridge at t 4-6°C for 24 hours; another portion is washed for three times in sterile physiologic saline and centrifuged at 1.5 rpm for 5 minutes; the prepared deposit is diluted to the required splenocyte concentration in physiologic saline; the amount of the suspension is 1 ml per 100 g of animal's weight; the splenocyte concentration is 5-6·109/l; cyclophosphan dosage is 40 mg/kg in the 1st day, 48 mg/kg in the 3rd day, total dosage is 88 mg/kg; the splenocyte suspension with cyclophosphane is incubated at temperature 37°C for 40 minutes; the spleen cell elements incubated with a chemopreparation is double introduced intravenously every 24 hours.

EFFECT: invention provides high anti-cancer effectiveness, prolonged life span in rats.
