FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in treating tumoral tissue fragments derived from removed malignant tumor, placed in diffusion chambers and intraperitoneally implanted into test animals with 17-oxyprogesterone capronate which must be administered in amount of 0.01 ml by method of suboccipital puncture in liquor to be taken in dose of 4.5 to 6.25 mg/kg at interval of 3 to 4 days. EFFECT: prevention of complications and retardation of growth of tumoral cells in 76.3 percent of cases, prevention of depression of hematologic and immunologic systems and such complications as retardation of growth of osseous tissue.
