FIELD: insulating materials. SUBSTANCE: fluid is adsorbed on solid adsorbent, mixed with inorganic binder, and hardened. According to invention, adsorption is performed by stirring synthetic insulating fluid with porous powdered substance until homogeneous mixture is obtained, and mixing with inorganic binder is accomplished by spreading homogeneous mixture in cement mortar at stirring. Resulting compound is allowed to harden and, protected by shell, transported to its burial place. As porous powdered substance, following substance can be used: perlite filer powder, wooden sawdust, opoka powder, diatomite powder, asbestos crumb, activated carbon, and quartz sand. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and decreased laboriousness of detoxification process. 5 cl, 1 dwg
