PLANT FOR WASHING-OFF FINELY-DISPERSED MATERIAL FROM HYDROCARBON CONTAMINATION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: cleaning soil and sludge contaminated with petroleum products. SUBSTANCE: washing-off is performed by means of washing aqueous solutions which emulsify hydrocarbons forming readily separable emulsions. Proposed plant includes washing-off apparatus and reservoir for washing solution. Washing-off apparatus includes unit for jet delivery of washing solution which is connected with washing solution reservoir by means of first pipe line, washing-off product drain branch pipe located in upper portion of apparatus , unit for taking emulsified mixture of washing solution and washing- off products which is connected with second pipe line used for discharge of said mixture from apparatus and loading/unloading unit. Plant is provided with unit for forced delivery of washing solution which is mounted in first pipe line. It is good practice to mount worm feeder in lower portion of apparatus. Plant shall be additionally provided with separating reservoir connected with unit for taking emulsified mixture of washing solution and washing-off products by means of second pipe line; it is provided with branch pipes for draining washing solution and washing-off products located in lower and upper portions of separating reservoir. According to one version, washing-off apparatus, separating reservoir and washing solution reservoir are connected in closed circulating loop. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
