FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: device has cutout unit consisting of movable plates fitted on cranks and forming together full-swing articulated four-member mechanisms executing rotary-parallel movement symmetrically relative to blank material. Ratio of radius R, m of cranks and length L, m of cutting out tool form is R=L/2. Cranks are provided with counterweights installed on their extensions for equalizing inertia forces at rotation of plates. Cutting out tool form is secured on upper plate. Device has also cardboard tape driving unit with pushing out and take out pairs of rolls, radius R, m. The last of these pairs is provided with knives for cutting the tape with cutouts for separate sheets. EFFECT: increased capacity, enhanced operation reliability of foldable carton manufacturing device. 3 dwg
