FIELD: multi-step processes for making flat articles.
SUBSTANCE: device has base, hydraulic drive, power block composed of fastening plate, bearing plate and clamping pillars, hydraulic cylinder pressing plate secured to the end of the rod of the hydraulic cylinder, hollow punching knife mounted on the bearing plate, chute for feeding blank stack, receiving chute, and control desk. The pressing plate is joined to the rod of the hydraulic cylinder for permitting movement in the direction perpendicular to the axis of pressing and rotation around it. The feeding chute is made of two metallic plates arranged at the right angle to each other and fixed in the hollow of the chute cylinder. The device is additionally provided with the unit for movement of the feeding chute with respect to the axis of pressing.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of tags.
