SUBSTANCE: method comes to fixing blank is holder provided with clamping plates in shape of foldable package, cutting out with knife cuts by means of interaction of cutting edges of tandem mounted knives with edges of holder clamping plates during rotation of fixed blank. Device has bed frame clamping device for blank and cutting knives clamping device has counterknife made in form of clamping plates with configuration of foldable package and rotary unit to which one of clamping plates is connected. Cutting knives are installed in tandem on arc-shaped planes of bed frame corresponding to each cut section of blank at angle to plane of cut. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 4 dwg
