FIELD: biotechnology, enzymology. SUBSTANCE: enzyme immobilized on a carrier is taken from the group consisting of penicillin- -G--amylase (E.C. 3.5.1.1. ), glutaryl-7-ACA-acylase and D-amino acid oxidase (E.C. 1.4.3.3.). Enzyme is bound on the material-carrier based on polyorganosiloxane with functional amino-groups. Method of immobilization involves covalent enzyme binding on the material-carrier using dialdehyde. In each particular case an optimal ratio enzyme : material-carrier is defined. Used material-carrier has an average particle size, mainly, 0.01-3 mm and 0.1-0.4 mm and ball-like also. Invention can be used in enzymatic synthesis reaction and for immobilization of enzymes on a carrier.
